Indesit Company Goes The Extra Mile For Sports Relief

Peterborough 19th March 2008: Over 100 volunteers from Indesit Company in Peterborough played a massive part in Sport Relief 2008 by taking calls from the UK public. We took over 2500 donation calls!
Refreshments and entertainment were laid on for the team, which was made up of Indesit Company employees family and friends, to ensure as many lines as possible could be operational on the night.
The evening followed a sporting theme with office chair aerobics and other activities to keep volunteers entertained and enthused. Spinning bikes were provided for energetic individuals who wanted to complete their Sport Relief mile and a masseuse was even on hand to provide shoulder massages.
Contact Centre Director at Indesit Company, Camp Picillo said: "We have a fantastic team of volunteers at Indesit Company and it's wonderful to see so many people getting involved. Sport Relief is a great cause and one that everyone here has been particularly pleased to support."
